Before you burn ... remember to check whether or not there is a Burning Ban in effect by calling 924.2044
There are (3) types of Burning Permits.
- Restricted Uncontained Open Air Burning Brush
- Open Air Burning Camp Fires & Outdoor Appliances
- Contained Open Air Burning Incinerator
You must apply in person for a Burn Permit at the Township of Athens office.
