Fire Extinguishers |

It goes without saying that a fire safe environment includes some preventive tools, like a fire extinguisher.
Ideally, you would install fire extinguishers by exit ways and in the kitchen.
Knowing how to use a fire extinguisher effectively can either completely extinguish a small fire or minimize the extent of the fire until the fire department arrives.
But use common sense, if the fire is out of hand, get out of the building immediately.
Before you pick a fire extinguisher, you should know that different types of fires require unique fire extinguishing agents. Some fire extinguishing agents will extinguish more than one class of fire.
